Scam do not use
I have used this application on several occasions, and in a few instances, I have received messages from men who have expressed interest with a heart symbol. Despite responding, I have not received any further communication from them, which has led me to question the legitimacy of this website.
Moreover, I have found the customer support team to be unresponsive and ineffective in addressing account-related concerns. Notably, after reconnecting to the app following a period of inactivity, I observed that the same 6-8 men reappeared, with 4 of them sending flirts, just as they had done a year ago. Despite responding, I received no response from them.
It appears that their primary objective is to generate revenue through subscription renewals. I believe that the BBB should investigate these dating apps and establish regulatory measures to protect consumers.

I have taken screen shots, forwarded the information , no reply for 5 days, then a standard reply , try the jdate help page, I cannot even view that page, a screen shot message stating"none"when I log into jdate.com. I have sent numerous screen shots and the one reply 6 days later, remove VPN the try Google ip address. Need better customer service hire more people.

I cannot logon. Theres no one to talk to the phone numbers that I see online are a joke.
Im really starting to get aggravated my next step as a lawyer as I will talk to the Ohio Attorney Generals office and use all social media and large city newspapers to call this out. I need help.

I subscribed to JDate and wanted to change my subscription, but there is nobody to reach or contact. The number is no longer in service.
They took my money on Wednesday and today is Friday, yet there's nobody to assist. It looks like it's a scam.
Stay away! There are many other Jewish dating websites that aren't just trying to get your money.
