Screwed up site, cant log in, their email response is maddening and not helpful, no customer service phone number unless you want to hear all about the device they are trying to sell you. Run! Cant log in, frustrating, irritating, maddeningly as is this 100 symbol thing on this site.

Joined more than a year ago for 3 months. Got zero dates and met only scammers.

Cancelled my membership and forgot about it.

To my astonishment today my Visa was charged $147.11. Customer service doesnt exist. Stay away from JDate, they are JFraud.

Most dating sites owned by the same company. I am accept iCal about getting my money back.

I rejoined on 05-08-25 via credit card on the Jdate site. While a free member, I had the same photo for three weeks. Now, as a paying member, there is absolutely no photo or action on the app.

I presented a complaint and expect answers and results from Jdate not forwarded to another company to pay any fee at all. Its disgusting you cant solve your own problems

Can't log in, no real answers from the bots at customer service, no phone available to speak to a human, they deleted me for no reason. I want a refund.

This is also a poor site, needing another 100 words. Why cant i just leave it at this. This is bad.

I am straight, and their website is a disaster. You can't fix it, so I'm getting only females for matches.

I was trying to update my JDate with your new platform, and it didn't work well when I did, but I was able to get in on some level. Today, I looked at it, and it said BLOCKED. So weird as I am not a weirdo (ha), so why was I blocked?

Live people to talk to would be the only way to fix my problem. It won't let me use my yahoo account. No password works.

Well, i joined for one month right now and try to discover more people but supriselly had only 4 to look at and then i could see nothing anymore ,So what is that all about ? i do not get what i payed for ..got to wait 23 hours for to be able to look for more people? i am disappointing!!!

I was on about 1 1/2 years ago and it was not great. I thought in that time they would have made it better.

In fact they have made it worse. I just joined, spent almost 2 hours trying to figure out how to use it, and then cancelled.

I asked for help and they said approximately 48 hours before they would have an answer for me. I did not want to wait that long because I wanted to cans=cel as quickly as possible

My self description somehow got messed up. I cannot edit it or delete it.

If I try to answer a note, the program jumps so I can only type one line. So I can't answer people.

The email tech support is useless.

If you call their number, someone tries to sell you a life saving button to wear around our next.

JDate is beyond horrible.

This company refuses to help me after many attempts. They have now cancelled my subscription and have not returned my fee. Don't be scammed by this company.

Can someone from your company please explain to me what I am signed up for? Am I getting responses back from people receiving my messages?

Can I hear back from them?
