Resolved: Could not log in
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I could not log in repeatedly and jdate kept on sending me emails to read the q&a.
I had to call my credit card to get a refund.
Do not use jdate.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I contacted my credit card company to reverse the charge because I was unable to contact prospective dates online using the JDate website because of technical issues with no one to call for rectification.
I paid for a one-month subscription to JDATE, through 7/26/2024. When I log in, the program doesn't allow me to contact other members that I'm interested in, claiming that I am not yet a member. Please update the program immediately so that I may use the services to which I am entitled as a paying member. Thank you.

User's recommendation: Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware!). Customer service number doesn’t really exist so problems are taken care of promptly.

I tried to log on several times but to no avail.
I emailed jdate and they kept on referring me to their Question and Answer page.
This is no way to treat a customer.

I paid for the service and can't log in. Customer service is absolutely worthless in helping.
They have no phone number for customer service. Nothing was done to help fix the problem.

The app says I need to join JDate to use it.
The security feature, which is not human, is a disaster. I want my money back and I am calling Amex.

The JDATE customer service is the worst. I have been a customer for many years. They do not respond to problems and they do not deal with issues. They obviously do not care about their customers.
They do not know how to handle problems or they just dont care. I have been trying to deal with an issue for months now once you pay your money, they dont care at all. Somebody hacked into my account on their site and because of that, I am unable to use the site.

My account was compromised. Chase bank issued new cards.
The second I put my new debit card into my phone they charged me. I gave NO PERMISSION

I was charged twice for the same renewal
I have tried to contact Jdate and its parent company to no avail. And since I was not too successful on JDate, I guess I will be forced to dispute this on my credit card. Terrible customer service.

I paid for three months but cannot access my email and account. The money has been taken but every time I try to open my email, it takes me back to the subscription.

User's recommendation: Be careful as the BOT doesn't work. It asks for your phone number and says it'll get help and then nothing. The phone number on the website doesn't work

A large charge on my credit card without my permission .
I don't know how to reach anyone in customer care. No phone number.
I never approved for them to bill my credit card which seems to be a 6 month membership.
I started with 3 months.
Don't know how to reach anyone.
